This role offers an exciting opportunity for a mid-level associate to work at the intersection of technology innovation and intellectual property law. As part of a leading Technology Transactions practice you will advise cutting-edge companies-from emerging startups to established global technology leaders-on complex high-value commercial and IP-driven transactions.

You will play a hands-on role in structuring drafting and negotiating a wide range of technology agreements while collaborating closely with colleagues across corporate IP and regulatory practices. The position provides meaningful responsibility direct client exposure and the opportunity to develop deep expertise in fast-evolving technology sectors.

Who You Are:

You are a motivated and detail-oriented associate with 3 6 years of experience and a strong foundation in intellectual property and technology transactions. You bring hands-on drafting and negotiation experience across a broad range of agreements including:

• Software technology and content licensing agreements
• Software and technology development agreements
• Professional services agreements
• Manufacturing collaboration supply and distribution agreements
• E-commerce media and entertainment transactions
• Support on M&A and equity financing transactions including IP and commercial due diligence and drafting transaction documents

You are able to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally. You have a strong work ethic a collaborative mindset and emerging leadership skills that enable you to contribute meaningfully to team success.

Membership in the California Bar is preferred; candidates admitted in other U.S. jurisdictions are also encouraged to apply.
