Structured Finance / Securitization Associate Financial Services
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Structured Finance / Securitization Associate to join its Financial Services practice in Charlotte. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated structured finance transactions alongside a highly regarded team with a strong national platform.
Associates in this group advise issuers underwriters borrowers and lenders on a wide range of structured finance term and warehouse transactions gaining hands-on experience with complex deal structures and capital markets products. The position is well-suited for attorneys looking to deepen their expertise in securitization while working in a collaborative high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent issuers underwriters borrowers and lenders in structured finance and securitization transactions
- Draft review and negotiate transaction documents for term and warehouse facilities
- Support the execution of complex financing transactions from inception through closing
- Collaborate closely with partners and team members to deliver efficient business-focused solutions
- Manage multiple matters while maintaining high standards of accuracy and responsiveness
What Were Looking For:
- 3 to 4 years of transactional legal experience
- Experience with structured finance and/or securitization transactions preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong drafting analytical and negotiation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
