Job Summary

Aviation Finance Senior Associate / Counsel

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a growing Commercial Aviation and Aviation Finance practice with a national reach. This role is ideal for a senior associate or counsel who enjoys working on complex high-value aircraft transactions and wants to take on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative deal-focused environment.

You will represent lenders and lessors in a wide range of commercial aircraft transactions including leasing acquisitions dispositions and financings. The position offers significant exposure to both domestic and cross-border matters direct client interaction and the opportunity to play a lead role in structuring and executing sophisticated aviation finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent lenders and lessors in commercial aircraft leasing purchase and sale and financing transactions
  • Lead and manage both domestic and cross-border aviation transactions
  • Draft review and negotiate transaction and ancillary documentation
  • Coordinate with clients co-counsel and other advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Provide practical business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced transactional environment
  • Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work product
