Job Summary
About Company:
We are hiring for our client a self-funded AI technology startup based in San Francisco founded in 2023. The company delivers AI-driven solutions to accelerate product development in the life sciences sector. It operates in a competitive landscape with 16 active players including several well-funded companies such as Apprentice Aizon and H3D.
What we need: Someone to help structure our product roadmap write PRDs maintain feature lists run prioritization exercises work closely with our designer and guide developers on implementation.
What we need: A very smart hungry energetic CS grad (IIT/BITS) who will run all the experiments.
The work:
Try new LLM models (Claude GPT Gemini open-source)
Explore GenAI quality control techniques
Experiment with RAG tools frameworks chunking strategies
Work on agent memory management tool design for agents
Test new datasets extend agent capabilities
Model comparison cost optimization reasoning improvements
Essentially: heres an idea - go figure it out and come back with findings
Who fits:
1-2 years experience from IIT/BITS with CS degree
Very strong fundamentals (algorithms data structures systems thinking)
Self-learner - comfortable diving into new frameworks/tools/papers
Proactive - doesnt need hand-holding
Excited about pushing the boundaries of what LLMs/agents
