- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
- Develop implement and monitor safety plans and procedures in alignment with OSHA and industry standards
- Perform risk assessments and maintain accurate incident and near-miss reports
- Deliver safety training sessions to site personnel and contractors
- Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and teams to integrate safety into daily operations
- Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and compliance records
Requirements
(Civil/Mech/Elec) OR . (Physics/Chemistry)
Min. 5 Year (Construction Safety)
- in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Physics or Chemistry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction safety
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations risk assessment methodologies and incident reporting protocols
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver training to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and industry best practices in construction safety
- Proficiency in safety management tools and documentation systems
