Job Summary

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
Develop implement and monitor safety plans and procedures in alignment with OSHA and industry standards
Perform risk assessments and maintain accurate incident and near-miss reports
Deliver safety training sessions to site personnel and contractors
Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with project managers engineers and teams to integrate safety into daily operations
Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and compliance records

Requirements

(Civil/Mech/Elec) OR . (Physics/Chemistry)

Min. 5 Year (Construction Safety)

in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Physics or Chemistry
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction safety
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations risk assessment methodologies and incident reporting protocols
Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver training to diverse audiences
Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of cross-functional teams
Familiarity with OSHA standards and industry best practices in construction safety
Proficiency in safety management tools and documentation systems

Required Skills:
