Requirements

As Associate Director Strategic Accounts & Technology Solutions you will be responsible for driving Nexgenteks growth operational excellence and market presence in the region. This role involves blending technical expertise with business acumen to deliver exceptional value to clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background the ability to lead RFP responses and experience engaging with Fortune 100 companies and government stakeholders.

You will report directly to the global leadership team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the regions strategies with the companys overall vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Align regional operations with Spearhead Technologys global vision and objectives and drive client projects RFPs Demonstrations end to end.

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities including partnerships joint ventures and M&A prospects.

Technical Leadership

Hands on solution architect skills with business stakeholder management for AI/ML Cloud(AWS Azure GCP) Data and IT related experience.

Leverage a strong technical background to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions in areas like IoT AI/ML cloud services and cybersecurity.

Oversee technical pre-sales activities including solution design feasibility studies and proposal development.

Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and client business objectives.

RFP Response Management

Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs and RFIs for key clients in the region ensuring competitive and technically sound proposals.

Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver high-quality responses that showcase the companys expertise and value proposition.

Manage client interactions during the RFP process addressing technical and business queries effectively.

Business Development & Sales

Drive business development efforts targeting large enterprises government bodies and strategic accounts.

Represent Spearhead Technology in high-profile meetings negotiations and industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor to their leadership teams.

Operational Excellence

Establish robust operational frameworks to ensure efficient and scalable service delivery.

Collaborate with global teams to implement advanced technology solutions and optimize processes.

Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and exceed client expectations.

Team Leadership

Recruit mentor and lead a high-performing team in India fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Work with HR to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding and retention.

Guide department heads to align their efforts with the companys strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related technical field (MBA/Mtech preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles like Data Architecture Software Solution Delivery Client Facing within IT consulting technology services or digital transformation.
Proven experience with RFP management technical proposal writing and solution design.
Demonstrated success in engaging with Fortune 100 companies and government clients.
Financial acumen with experience managing P&L and performance metrics.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies including IoT AI/ML cloud computing and blockchain.

Skills and Competencies:

Exceptional technical and strategic planning skills. Debugging solutions with developers and providing support in case required.

Expertise in managing RFP/RFI processes and developing compelling technical proposals.

System Design: Strong skills in designing scalable and maintainable AI/ML powered systems including microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Proficiency in multiple languages such as Java C# Python and JavaScript.

Cloud Computing: Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS Azure and Google Cloud for deploying and managing applications

DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Security: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to ensure secure software design.

Database Management: Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases and experience with database design and optimization.
