Job Summary

Job Description:

Finance Head will lead the finance accounting taxation compliance and financial control functions for a fast-growing QSR café chain operating across multiple locations and states. The role requires strong expertise in high-volume retail transactions multi-payment reconciliations GST audits and internal controls

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall finance strategy planning & budgeting for multi-store QSR operations
Drive P&L management cost control & profitability improvement
Oversee daily accounting MIS and financial reporting
Manage store-wise sales reconciliation (POS UPI card cash wallets)
Ensure cash flow working capital & fund management
Control inventory valuation wastage & food cost analysis (COGS)
Lead taxation & compliance (GST TDS Income Tax statutory filings)
Handle audits internal statutory & process audits
Implement financial controls SOPs & fraud prevention systems
Monitor CAPEX planning for new outlets & expansion projects
Manage vendor payments contracts & negotiations
Drive ERP/POS finance integration & automation
Supervise payroll reimbursements & employee settlements
Prepare financial dashboards & business insights for leadership
Lead and develop the finance & accounts team

Qualifications:

Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.

10-15 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

Expert Level accounting knowledge.
