Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are a well-established Forex trading company looking to hire an experienced Remote Affiliate Manager / Marketing Manager to expand and scale our affiliate network with a strong focus on Asia and Africa markets.
The ideal candidate will come with their own proven network of affiliates IBs and traffic partners and will be responsible for driving high-quality FTDs optimizing performance and building long-term partnerships.
This is a results-driven role with an attractive base salary plus commission suitable for a self-motivated professional who can work independently in a remote environment.
Recruit onboard and manage affiliates IBs and partners globally
Leverage existing network connections to generate high-quality FTDs
Develop and scale affiliate campaigns in Asia and Africa markets
Monitor traffic quality conversion rates and FTD performance
Optimize affiliate deals commission structures and incentives
Build and maintain strong long-term affiliate relationships
Track performance using affiliate platforms and reporting tools
Ensure traffic complies with Forex regulations and company policies
Work closely with internal sales retention and compliance teams
Requirements
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager / Marketing Manager in Forex
Must come with an existing affiliate / IB network that can be activated immediately
Strong experience working with Asia and Africa markets
Solid understanding of CPA CPL RevShare and Hybrid models
Experience delivering and scaling FTDs
Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work fully remote and manage time independently
Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
Benefits
Base Salary:(depending on experience)
Commission: Based on FTD volumes and quality structure dependent on experience
Working Days: Monday Friday
Working Hours: Flexible depending on location and market focus
