Required Experience & Skills
Direct experience within a state SNAP program including eligibility operations and compliance.
Senior-level or leadership responsibility in SNAP eligibility or public assistance programs.
Strong working knowledge of federal and state SNAP regulations and their practical application.
Experience supporting or responding to SNAP Quality Control reviews and audits including error rate analysis and corrective action planning
Familiarity with USDA/FNS and state oversight expectations.
