Our Risk and Compliance function has a critical role to play in supporting challenging and advising across all areas of the business through establishing policy monitoring profiles and identifying and managing forward-looking risk and compliance. The role holder will play an integral role within the Enterprise Risk Management function where they will lead on Resilience Risk and Infrastructure oversight at a global level CIB-level and HBEU. The successful candidate will strive to ensure that Resilience Risks are managed within appetite; and oversight of the identification and management of risks associated activities across CIB and HSBC Bank plcs operations are based on the Group defined approach to proactively identify assess measure and report on mitigate and control risk exposures associated with HSBCs businesses and operations at all levels of the organisation.
