Things youll do in this role:

Support relationship-building with carbon removal suppliers acting as a trusted point of contact
Communicate technical often scientific concepts to a non-expert audience with clarity and confidence
Assess inbound leads and support supplier onboarding and contracting processes (coordinating closely with the Science Growth and Technology teams)
Collaborate closely with senior team members on larger more complex opportunities
Isometric champion represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies

Things were looking for:

Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal with a willingness to dive into complex topics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done
Clear and confident communicator experience or interest in negotiation or partnerships is a plus
Desirable: Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance law software)
Desirable: STEM background
