The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager youll be the trusted partner for our clientsguiding them through onboarding driving product adoption and ensuring they achieve their goals with us. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Support) to build strong relationships solve challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
What Youll Do
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Lead onboarding and training to ensure smooth adoption of our product.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer questions feedback and success planning.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks of churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product improvements.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
- Deliver regular check-ins business reviews and performance reports to customers.
