Job Description
- Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements related to mergers acquisitions and divestitures
- Analyze Quality of Earnings working capital net debt and transaction-related risks
- Manage engagement timelines deliverables and communication with clients and internal teams
- Review and coach junior team members on analyses and reporting
- Collaborate with tax audit and advisory teams on integrated transaction engagements
- Support practice growth through client relationships proposals and deal execution
