About the job
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Assistant to support our Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills professional maturity and a collaborative mindset. You will play a key role in helping the CSCO stay organized and focused while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support including calendar management travel arrangements expense tracking and meeting coordination
- Assist in organizing departmental events virtual and in-person meetings and preparing relevant materials (e.g. presentations agendas)
- Help manage priorities and deadlines by keeping the CSCO informed and aligned
- Support with basic data collection and reporting for operational metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and logistics
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all aspects of the role
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
- 5 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles incl. experience supporting senior leaders
- A mature and professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information and interactions
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
