Our international pharmaceutical partner a key player in the fields of CNS is in search of a Business Support Manager to join their growing affiliate in Hungary. Reporting directly to the General Manager this position will be responsible for providing organizational and administrative support for internal and external stakeholders within 3 main areas: Office management Finance and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:- Administrative support for all 3 key functions
- Contract administration invoice payment and database management
- Customer Service and supply report management
- Event coordination and management
- Managing fleet car IT equipmentand office supplies
- Keeping the contact with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:- University Degree
- Advanced level of English and Hungarian language
- Dynamic personality and proactive attitude
- Excellent knowledge ofMicrosoft tools
- Good organizing and problem-solving skills
- High independence reliability accuracy
- Willingness to work in anoffice-based position (1 day HO)
