On behalf of our growing partner - a multinational company producing plasma-derived medicines - we are in search of an Operations Manager to join their local affiliate. As an active member of the Local Management Team the Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the Center Managers (currently 4) andsupervisingthe day-to-day running of the subsidiaries enforcing company policies and ensuring that all activities on the site level are in alignment with the corporate strategy and representing the company values.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the organization currently 4 subs and ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently on the site level.
- Manage the staff: including hiring training and supervising staffdeveloping and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Must ensure that all employees follow the rules and that everyone works together as a team
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the subsidiaries-especially the 4 CMs activities: including overseeing the production process ensuring that all sites are working properly
- Identify problems and implement solutions quickly and efficiently
- Monitor and control sites operations to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively measuring performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Work closely with other Prothya Hungary Managers to ensure that costs and processes are kept under control and resources are allocated appropriately
- Develop procedures and working methods for the organization and the maintenance of the working processes.
- As first point of contact for the Center Manager team: manage strong relationships with internally and fostering an environment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Ensure compliance that the organisation operates in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
Requirements:- Knowledge of legislation administrations administrative guidelines and procedures automated systems
- Knowledge of business at Masters level
- People management experience and great social skills
- Post- Acquisition and Change /transition management experience is a huge plus
- Fluent English is a must
- Independence is really important in this role
- Strong communication skills
- Stress resistant
- Able to prioritize
- Risk management experience
- A can-do approach with a solution driven mindset
- Can navigate in complex situations for a streamlined outcome
