The Department of Agriculture is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for agency human resources strategy and developing and administering agency human resource programs.This position will support the agency and provide direct communication to the State Human Resources Division. This includes administering policy development and interpretation; conflict and grievance resolution; employee relations; classification and pay; performance management; training and development; recruitment and selection; Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other federal and state legal compliance; discipline; labor relations; and payroll.
