Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to support and manage client accounts while ensuring seamless service delivery. This role acts as a key liaison between internal teams and clients maintaining strong relationships monitoring service performance and ensuring that client needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating processes while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage assigned service accounts to ensure consistent and high-quality support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service-related requests

  • Track account activity documentation and service updates accurately

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of services

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service efficiency

  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

  • Support account reviews and reporting as needed
