Job Summary

The Service Center Representative at Panno Realty is responsible for being the initial point of contact for clients tenants property owners and agents. The key responsibilities of this role include:

Answering incoming calls emails and online inquiries promptly and professionally
Assisting clients tenants and property owners with questions related to listings leases payments maintenance requests and company services
Routing calls and requests to the appropriate departments agents or property managers
Creating updating and maintaining accurate records in CRM and property management systems
Scheduling appointments inspections showings and maintenance services as needed
Following up on open requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Handling basic billing payment inquiries and account updates
Providing general information about company policies procedures and available properties
Escalating complex or urgent issues to management when necessary
Maintaining confidentiality of client and company information at all times

In terms of qualifications and skills the ideal candidate should have:

A high school diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service call center or real estate-related experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with computers CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools
The ability to remain calm professional and courteous in high-volume or fast-paced environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Real estate or property management experience is a plus but not required
