About the job

Client Service Executive SEAis responsible for supporting the management of business operations and the whole organization across teams day-to-day backend operations solving operational issues system and data management internal coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • 1st point of contact for all administrative queries for all SG and MY SR channels.

  • Manage orders (input in SAP backorders delivery note invoicing).

  • Coordinate with logistics partner for shipment arrangement (weekly shipment/recall/return).

  • Key user of sales operational systems e.g. SAP EPOS Fiori and provide training to retail team.

  • Solve day-to-day operational issues and queries relating to sales operational systems.

  • Setup promotional/sale discounts in SAP and Relate systems.

  • Manage damaged stock inventory in SR and VG locations for writing off monthly.

  • Process short-shipped shipment claims for SG and MY SR.

  • Responsible for customer/POP master data completeness and correctness.

  • All tasks or assignments when required.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

  • Bachelors Degree in any Business Studies or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business support operations coordination or backend service preferably in retail or luxury industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; local language proficiency (e.g. Thai Mandarin) is a plus.

  • Ability to build rapport and manage client expectations effectively.

  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset to address client concerns quickly.
