Your Responsibilities:

Contribute to various business projects by interpreting requirements and providing data maintenance solutions in the following areas:

• Master Data Maintenance: Assist with Supplier/ Customer/ Material/ Procurement Pricing data creation updates deactivations reactivations in ERPs ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.
• Data Quality and Accuracy: Ensure the integrity and precision of data.
• Support for ERP System Implementation: Aid in the centralization and implementation activities of ERP systems.
• Compliance: Follow established data policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Final-year students pursuing a bachelors degree Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field of study.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Skills: Strong business acumen quick learner and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to providing feedback and solutions.

Additional Information:

• Duration: 6-month internship.
• Location: UOA Business Center Glenmarie Hybrid Work
• Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a full 6-month internship period.
