We are looking for a Web Designer to join Blueprint as we continue to evolve our brand and digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of web experience brand and product the day-to-day design and execution of our website while also supporting marketing campaigns product launches and field initiatives.

As Blueprint continues to expand its digital footprint this role will help shape the future of our website including the launch of a marketplace-style experience thatshowcasesour products accelerators and solutions. This is an opportunity to influence not just how our site looks but how users discover evaluate and engage with what we build.

This is a hands-on role for someone who values momentum over perfection collaborates well across teams and bringsstrongperspective to layout hierarchy and experience design.

Responsibilities

• Design build andmaintainwebsite pages using WordPress andElementor.
• Own web layout hierarchy and user experience across marketing product and landing pages.
• Design and publish both technical and thought leadership blog contentwith strong readability and structure.
• Research and incorporatenew features or designs to the website consistently.
• Translate product roadmaps customer success stories and services narratives into clear compelling visual designalong with marketing team leaders.
• Create andmaintainvisual assets for:
• Video branding and templates
• PowerPoint and sales decks
• Event and field marketing materials
• Product marketing campaigns and launches
• Support the evolution of Blueprints website toward a marketplace-style experience with a focus on discoverability product storytelling and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Product and Services teams on ongoing initiatives.
• Participate in concepting and design sessions contributing ideas and creative direction.
• Maintain brand consistency while continuously improving visual experience.
• Prioritize speed delivery and iteration with an understanding that refinement happens over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design Visual Communications Marketing or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 57 years of experience in web design for a B2B technology company or equivalent experience at a creative or digital agency serving B2B clients
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role with clear ownership of web layout and experience decisions
• Hands-on experience with WordPress andElementorisrequired
• Strong portfoliodemonstratingweb layout UX thinking and visual storytelling across complex content-heavy sites
• Experience designing for B2B technology SaaS or data-driven companies
• Ability to listen to product roadmaps customer success stories and services narratives and translate them into effective design
• Strong understanding of modern web experience layout and usability best practices
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment where speed and iteration matter
• Reliable organized and consistently shows up ready to contribute
• Strong communicationskills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing product and services teams
• Rolerequirestwoin-office-days a week

Nice to Have

• Experience designing ecommerce or marketplace-style web experiences
• Familiarity with product discovery conversion-focused layouts and user journeys
• Experience working in the data AI or cloud technology space
• Familiarity with Databricks or experience supporting a technology partner ecosystem
• Experience supporting product marketing or professional services organizations

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including without limitation skill sets education responsibilities experience and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $85000 - $97000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
