About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and scale high-impact creative across DashPass marketing experiences. This role blends hands-on execution with brand stewardship-designing assets across CRM in-app surfaces and paid media while also contributing to the broader visual direction of the DashPass brand. Youll partner closely with Marketing Product and Creative stakeholders to translate strategy and product concepts into clear compelling design that performs.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience as a senior-level designer with a strong track record of delivering both brand-building and performance-driven creative.
- Portfolio demonstrating:
- Brand and campaign work (identity systems storytelling large-scale marketing initiatives)
- Growth-focused design (CRM lifecycle marketing paid social A/B testing)
- Hands-on experience creating impactful content across web email paid ads presentations and campaign assets.
- Strong ability to articulate defend and iterate on strategic design decisions with senior stakeholders.
- Proven skill translating complex business or product concepts into clear compelling visual narratives.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with particular strength in After Effects.
- Background in technology media or digital advertising is a plus.
What Youll Do
Day-to-Day Execution
- Design and deliver high-quality assets across multiple marketing channels including CRM (email push in-app) paid media and on-platform surfaces often on quick-turn timelines.
- Partner with Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs) and Project Producers to triage prioritize and manage incoming design requests ensuring efficient delivery without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to create design solutions that educate consumers on new features and benefits translating complex product concepts into intuitive visuals.
- Build and maintain organized non-destructive design files using best practices such as clear labeling components auto layout and reusable templates to enable fast iteration and scalability.
Brand & Strategic Design
- Contribute to the evolution of DashPasss visual identity helping distill brand and business strategy into clear design systems guidelines and templates.
- Develop clear compelling decks and presentations to support internal and external storytelling.
- Present work to stakeholders with a strong point of view articulating design rationale and using data insights and performance context to support decisions.
