Job Goal

Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for the financial and human resources functions of Central Rivers AEA. Responsible for all fiscal operations business services HR compliance personnel administration labor relations and contract managment. Ensures efficient accurate and legally compliant systems that support the agencys mission core values and strategic plan.

Full job description

Qualifications
1. Bachelors Degree or higher in Finance Accounting Human Resources Business Administration Educational Administration or related field.
2. Appropriate licensure/endorsements from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners for School Business Official authorization (or ability to obtain).
3. Successful experience in school/AEA administration business management fiscal operations human resources leadership peronnel managment or labor relations.
4. Demonstrated preparation and experience in finance HR systems and/or organizational operations.
5. Familiarity with public education Iowa school finance and HR regulatory frameworks preferred.
6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
