Location: Aldridge Walsall (Office Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pmOur client is a well-established and growing business based in Aldridge Walsall. They are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn develop and grow with the business long-term.Key Responsibilities- Proactively contacting customers via telephone including re-engaging lapsed customers
- Managing and maximising existing customer accounts
- Qualifying inbound and outbound sales leads
- Building strong relationships with customers and identifying upselling opportunities
- Updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- Processing customer paperwork and administrative documentation
- Supporting the wider sales and customer service team as required
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
Candidate Requirements- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing business
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and general IT applications
- Previous experience in customer service sales support or account management is desirable
- A proactive positive attitude and a strong work ethic
