We are looking for a Resident Automation Technician to ensure the smooth operation of complex intralogistic systems at the plant of one of our key cliens in the pharmaceutical industry based in the Barcelona area.

Responsibilities

Perform correctivemaintenanceandtroubleshootingactivities on the equipment to ensure efficiency.
Carry out preventive maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plans.
Reporton systemperformance and performed activities (including anomalies and corrective actions) to the Customer and E80 Group.
Build and maintain astrong relationshipbetween the Customer and E80 Group based on trust daily commitment technical results and equipments reliability.
Organizeperiodic meetings on E80 Groups systemperformance with the Customers representatives.
Conduct periodicon-the-job trainingfor the Customers personnel.
Promote improvement activities modifications and extensions to the system or equipment co-supervised by the Direct Manager and in agreement with the Area Manager.
Manage spare parts on-sitesuggesting reorder points and purchases as needed.
Organize and manage the maintenance area tools and equipment available from E80 Group and/or the Customer.

Technical Requirements

Technical qualification in the electromechanical field or industrial automation.
Good understanding of electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical drawings.
5 years of previous experience as an electromechanical or transfer technician electrician or automation engineer ideally in the manufacturing sector.
Ability to perform electromechanical work at heights and in confined spaces (after completing specific training).
Knowledge of Siemens PLC Beckhoff Fanuc Allen Bradley or Rockwell is not mandatory butwill be considered a plus.

Soft Skills Requirements

Strong sense of responsibility in representing E80 Group at customer site.
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written); intermediate English or Italian (spoken and written).
Strong reporting and documentation skills with a structured and process-driven approach in regulated environments.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
Interest in learning and applying new technologies.

Other Requirements

Availability to work Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Permanent rights to work in Spain with no restrictions.
Driving licenseand car required.
