The position

The position will act as an expert within paid owned and earned digital media strategy and activation to deliver best in class recommendations insights and performance that will drive business impact. The position is a part of the Digital Media Activation team in IO Fast Content team.

To co-develop targets and KPIs that reflects business goals for our brands and commercial teams in regions and affiliates leveraging content insights to establish the success criteria of the campaigns and measure impact across the organization. Additionally this role will be collaborating with stakeholders across regions and affiliates. Some of the important tasks are listed below

  • Be the go-to expert for consulting as well as creating and implementing digital strategies; ensuring optimal orchestration and performance through media planning across channels.
  • Build recommendation that supports brand and business objectives and campaigns set up across regions and local affiliates.
  • Manage new project initiatives in Digital Media Hub including media planning new tech platforms process improvement branding of services etc.
  • Be a subject matter expert within at least one of the following channels: Google social media or 3rd Party Media and collect and analyse data identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Understand multichannel and omnichannel approach to earned owned and paid media and provide a holistic view on performance based on the insights and monitor website performance and track user engagements across platforms.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following qualifications to the role:

  • Masters degree or above in relevant area.
  • Has 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proven work and hands-on experience as a Digital Account Manager or Digital Strategist
  • Profound experience in translating business objective to digital strategies.
  • Hands on experience and master user of either Google Social Media or 3rd Party Media.
  • Great stakeholder management interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of other Paid media channels and web traffic drivers.
  • Strong data understanding and interest.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of strategizing optimizing and measuring content throughout its lifecycle
