Customer Service Leader Logistics & Transportation

Logistics company with operations across Canada the United States and Mexico with active operations in Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Leader to coordinate and lead the Customer Service team within the logistics and transportation sector.
Position objective:
Lead the day-to-day operation of the Customer Service team ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction KPI compliance and effective communication between customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise the Customer Service team.
Maintain constant communication with customers account managers and internal departments.
Ensure service standards are met including transit times on-time pickups and deliveries.
Follow up on incidents and corrective action plans.
Collaborate in the development and execution of SOPs with the Quality team.
Coach develop and evaluate team members.
Analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
Advanced English and Spanish (required).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics/transportation and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Knowledge of AS400 and McLeod (preferred).
Knowledge of CTPAT.
Strong leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the logistics/transportation industry.
