We are looking for a recent graduate or final-year student to join QGMI as a Junior Administrative Assistant / Intern supporting our SGI (Integrated Management System) and Compliance departments.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment contributing to training coordination document management and the implementation and improvement of corporate procedures.
This role is initially intended to cover a maternity leave with the possibility of continuing within the team upon successful performance and depending on business needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the SGI and Compliance teams.
- Assist in the organization and delivery of internal trainings and awareness sessions.
- Prepare and update presentations reports and internal documentation.
- Support the review update and control of internal procedures and policies.
- Collaborate in monitoring compliance activities and collecting data for audits.
- Ensure proper document control and version tracking within the management system.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and international teams.
