Tasks
The area of responsibility includes:
- Sales of tourist services including preparation of offers and price calculations
- Copywriting and project coordination for online and offline advertisements and promotional materials
- Support and liaison with cooperation partners and external service agencies
- Hotel contracting and maintaining strong partner relationships
- Optimization of the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and conversion rates
- Digitalization of processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Creation of newsletters and targeted marketing campaigns
- Analysis and reporting including preparation of performance statistics
- Participation in marketing and social media activities to strengthen brand presence
- Contribution to complaint management and customer service support
- Website maintenance and content management
- Independent project work within sales and marketing initiatives
- Representation at trade fairs and events
- General sales and marketing activities to support daily operations
Requirements
To be expected:
- University degree or graduation as a tourism or hotel specialist or similar qualification
- Flexibility openness the ability to work in a team and service orientation
- Strong communication skills and a confident binding demeanor
- Success-oriented structured and independent work
- Very good MS Office knowledge (Outlook Word Excel Power Point Teams)
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Readiness to travel
- Driving license
- Advantageous: experience in sales marketing (especially in the tourism industry) and in dealing with CMS and newsletter tools
