About Berlin Acoustics

Berlin Acoustics founded in 2022 is a German manufacturer of sound-insulated phone and meeting booths. Our cabins provide the ideal place to retreat and transform open-plan offices into productivity hubs where people can perform at their doing so we create a flexible and modern alternative to traditional office concepts.
As a manufacturer we work with a Europe-wide network of retail partners and interior designers who resell our products as authorised dealers.

Your Role

As a Partnerships Manager you are the central point of contact between Berlin Acoustics and our retail partners.
Your goal: building sustainable relationships strengthening market presence and driving measurable shared success.

Your Responsibilities

  • You actively support and enable our retail partners to successfully position and sell Berlin Acoustics products taking full ownership of your partner portfolio.
  • You maintain structured and reliable communication with partners including regular check-ins in-person visits and follow-ups on ongoing offers and projects.
  • You independently identify and develop new sales channels and partnerships contributing to the continuous expansion of our network.
  • You implement jointly agreed commercial and marketing initiatives such as product trainings in-store campaigns events and trade fairs..
  • You respond to partner inquiries operational topics and challenges quickly reliably and solution-oriented creating real added value for our dealers.
  • You collect relevant market feedback and share it internally to continuously improve products processes and communication.
  • You actively pursue sales opportunities within your accounts and work toward individual and team revenue targets.
  • You keep our systems (e.g. CRM) up to date ensuring transparency and close collaboration with other teams.
  • You build long-term partnerships characterized by ownership professionalism and a strong service mindset.

What You Bring
  • Experience in Partnership Management Key Account Management or B2B Sales ideally in the office furniture industry or on the manufacturer side
  • A structured and reliable working style with strong communication skills
  • A hands-on mindset and enjoyment in actively executing rather than just planning
  • Solution-oriented thinking and a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Process thinking & continuous improvement: a structured improvement-driven approach and interest in understanding developing and optimizing operational processes together with the Operational Excellence team
  • Confident handling of CRM systems and internal tools
  • Good English skills; native-level or fluent in German
