Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Assist in managing client relationships and contribute to the development of consulting engagements that address client needs and objectives. Project Delivery: Support the delivery of projects by conducting research data analysis and developing insights that drive client success. Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends challenges and opportunities in the Aviation Travel & Hospitality sectors to provide informed recommendations. Solution Development: Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements. Presentation & Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations reports and other client deliverables that effectively communicate findings and recommendations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and foster a collaborative work environment. Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal initiatives to enhance service offerings and improve operational efficiencies.

Years of experience required:
0-1yr
Education qualification: Bachelors degree in business Economics Aviation Management Hospitality Management or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry experience in Aviation Travel & Hospitality. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is a plus. Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
