- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers architects engineers and contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Prepare baseline programs monitor progress and update schedules regularly.
- Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and identify potential delays or risks.
- Generate weekly/monthly progress reports dashboards and look-ahead schedules.
- Support cost control and resource planning by integrating schedules with budgets and manpower plans.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on schedule performance.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.
- Assist in claims analysis and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
- Implement best practices in planning and scheduling across multiple projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in BE/BTech Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.
- 6 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling of commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and Excel(Working knowledge of PowerBI would be an added advantage)
