Job Summary
Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Aurora CO

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students during the academic year. The SLP will evaluate diagnose and provide treatment for students with speech language communication and swallowing disorders collaborating closely with educators families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech language and communication assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
Document progress and maintain accurate student records
Collaborate with teachers special education staff and families
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Ensure compliance with school policies state regulations and ethical standards
Licensure & Certification Requirements
CCC-SLP required
Active Colorado State SLP License Required
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Certificate Required
Candidates may start with pending CDE certification
Candidate Qualifications
Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an educational environment
Commitment to student-centered care and academic support
