- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of English Language Learners
- Assess students English language proficiency and track their progress over time
- Collaborate with mainstream teachers to support ELL students success in content area classes
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates cultural diversity
- Utilize various instructional strategies and technologies to enhance language acquisition
- Provide individualized support and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues regarding student progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with ELL teaching practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of the schools ELL program
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate with required certification for subject and level assigned if applicable*
Demonstrated knowledge of core subject area assigned
Satisfactory outcome of a background check. Employees are responsible for a non-refundable fingerprinting fee (approximately $60).
