Govern customer onboarding and credit assessment in coordination with Sales and Finance
Ensure accuracy completeness and governance of customer and vendor master data in SAP S/4HANA
Act as key liaison with Sales Customer Service IT and Finance to resolve data issues
Drive automation and continuous improvement in master data processes
Own end-to-end processing and resolution of customer claims and deductions
Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Logistics to improve Claims TAT and minimize leakage
Enforce credit policy adherence including limits terms and risk categorization
Oversee collections dispute resolution cash application and customer reconciliations
Ensure audit and credit compliance for sales order block and unblock activities
Own O2C KPIs including Claims TAT DSO vs LE master data accuracy blocked orders SLA and reconciliations
Prepare performance reports insights and improvement recommendations for management
Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) CMA CA inter .
Experience: 10years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance or Commercial
Operations within the FMCG / Consumer Goods / Distribution sector.
Domain Expertise: Prior hands-on experience in managing credit and collections
operations is a significant plus.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) is desirable.
