PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 35000 -40000 London Weighting (5441) depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

The Global Licensing division exists to generate commercial income from the ancillary rights secured in commissioned produced and distributed programming and brands. Spanning sectors such as home entertainment publishing live events and consumer products and markets such as gaming education music and publishing the division manages a wide range of licensing activities and partners with industry-leading specialists.

The Gaming & Interactive (G&I) team manages the licensing of key BBC brands to partners across platforms such as console mobile PC and emerging areas including mixed/extended reality and Roblox. The Team Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the G&I teams objectives ensuring smooth operations across projects partners and internal processes. This role touches everything that the Gaming & Interactive team does and offers a fantastic vantage point for learning about and directly contributing to the success and operations of a global media company. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to BBC Studios growing presence in gaming supporting titles based on some of the worlds most loved IP including Bluey Doctor Who and BBC Earth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

• Conduct ad hoc market and partner research to support live projects and new business opportunities including profiling developers publishers and emerging trends.
• Manage a central tracker of incoming game proposals capturing details such as IP concept genre developer background platform and evaluation status.
• Ensure pitch materials (decks trailers assets) are well-organised and easily accessible for the wider team.
• Audit and maintain internal document storage systems ensuring consistent naming conventions version control and logical folder structures.
• Maintain up-to-date information on BBC IPs including rights position audience data and research materials.
• Support the coordination of marketing and promotional plans for upcoming game launches liaising with colleagues across marketing digital publishing and consumer products.
• Help identify and track cross-promotional opportunities across BBC business lines and ensure creative alignment across channels.
• Collect and summarise updates from across the G&I slate for bi-monthly business reports maintaining an archive of past reports.
• Schedule and coordinate team and partner meetings prepare and circulate agendas and minutes and track follow-up actions.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the team as required including statement and billing tracking.
