Were seeking a Customer Success Adoption & Growth Lead to drive how customers adopt our products realise value quickly and grow with us over time.
This role owns the operating model behind product adoption customer engagement and product-led growth including free-to-paid trial conversion at scale. Youll be responsible for our customer success systems data and engagement strategy turning lifecycle insight into clear actions for the Customer Success team and the wider business.
Success will be measured through improved adoption reduced churn predictable trial conversion and a high-performing proactive Customer Success Adoption team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Adoption
Own and evolve the customer success adoption model with Gainsight as the core platform
Design scalable data-led journeys across onboarding adoption renewal and expansion
Define clear plays triggers cadences and success criteria for the team
Ensure consistent execution of customer engagement
Gainsight & Systems Ownership
Act as the internal owner and expert for Gainsight
Maintain health scores playbooks success plans and reporting
Ensure customer and usage data is accurate and actionable
Identify churn risk adoption gaps and growth opportunities
Adoption Value & Growth
Design programmes to increase product adoption and long-term value
Build frameworks to measure and demonstrate customer outcomes
Own the strategy for converting free trials into paid subscriptions
Drive predictable trial conversion through structured engagement
Team Leadership & Insight
Lead coach and develop a proactive Customer Success Adoption team
Set clear goals and performance expectations aligned to customer outcomes
Own KPIs including adoption churn retention and trial conversion
Provide actionable insight to senior stakeholders
About You
Experience designing and scaling customer adoption or success operating models
Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical capability
Confident ownership of customer success platforms (e.g. Gainsight)
Proven people leadership and cross-functional influence
Clear confident communicator with a strong customer-first mindset
