About the role:

The Course Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end process regarding training activities. The Course Coordinator will be involved in training material creation sessions scheduling and modules maintaining. The Course coordinator will ensure that all materials follow company internal regulations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the smooth running of the course through planning appointing trainers preparing and supervising the courses and participants.
To look after the participants from booking and invitations to invoicing and participant certification.
To create and maintain our course modules and schedules in our learning management system.
The course coordinator will be involved in the implementation and follow-up of our quality management system.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English
Degree or completed commercial training with professional experience
Team player who is highly motivated and works independently
Proficient in the use of common office programs (Outlook Word Power Point and OneNote)
Work in a structured way and easily keep track of things
