We are now looking for Finance Coordinator hybrid or office-based in our office in Sofia Bulgaria.
Main Duties:
Generating and reviewing payment-related reports for errors or inconsistenciesin order toensure that all required information is included. Raises issuestomanagement.
Runs the requests from customers andresolvepayment related issues and findings.
Responds to ad hock requests andmaintainagreed timelines.
Build and manage relationships with business and suppliers;
Provides decision support to business management throughtimelyandaccuratefinancial information;
Serves as a finance business partner;
Performs variance analysis and investigates irregularities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification or last year in process ofacquiringFinance/Economics degree.
Experience:
Ideally candidates will have a financial backgroundminimumof two years of basicaccountsexperience.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Good organizational andcommunicationsskills.
Attention to detail.
Capable of prioritizing multiple time critical tasks efficiently and effectively.
Flexible and able to prioritize workload to meet changing business needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly resourceful with Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Previous experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred).
Payments or Treasury experience will be considered an advantage.
