Position Summary
The BSA CYEX EDD Specialist II position is responsible for performing an enhanced due diligence (EDD) review of high-risk currency exchange (CYEX) commercial customers providing necessary oversight of the customers BSA program. This will include pre-onboarding analysis risk assessment completion and reporting ongoing monitoring including site visits. This position supports the overall BSA compliance efforts as required under the Bank Secrecy Act and the Banks BSA/AML/USA Patriot Act and OFAC Compliance Program and Procedures.
What Youll Do
Completes enhanced due diligence for currency exchange commercial customers assesses the overall risk and completes necessary documentation of findings. Analyzes high-risk customers and other identified accounts for unusual and suspicious activity. Works collaboratively with Commercial and Treasury Management to understand CYEX customers. Communicates both internally and externally at all levels as part of the EDD process.
Participates on projects audits exams etc. Develops targeted reviews. Provides guidance and support to business lines corporate units and compliance officers.
Completes annual EDD reviews and analysis of site visits. Conducts quality control functions for all aspects of the BSA CYEX Unit.

Qualifications
2-3 years banking experience. 2-3 years BSA experience
Working knowledge of various laws regulations and guidance as it relates to BSA AML and OFAC.
Strong analytical communication problem solving and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
CAMS certified or in the process of obtaining CAMS certification or other BSA/Fraud related certification.
A bachelors degree is preferred.

Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.04-$31.25 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
