Job Summary for Financial Analyst II:
- Provide support to facilities corporate groups senior leadership and affiliates in revenue cycle data analysis and reporting.
- Design and implement enterprise-wide and regional revenue cycle data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources into clear meaningful analyses.
- Assist in identifying quantifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve net revenue realization and cash flow at multiple organizational levels.
- Support efforts related to the standardization of management reporting benchmarking and data collection.
- Develop financial models and analyses to aid in revenue cycle solution development and implementation.
- Manage and support existing standardized daily weekly and monthly revenue cycle reporting processes.
- Assist in standardizing goal-setting productivity and performance monitoring metrics.
- Collect synthesize and communicate relevant information to support organizational strategies.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of benchmarking and comparative reporting for key revenue cycle metrics.
- Perform financial opportunity assessments for hospitals to identify areas for revenue cycle performance improvement.
- Support strategic planning to prioritize resources and efforts for improved cash flow and net revenue.
