Job Summary:
Bureau Veritas is looking for a detail-orientedElectrical Engineerto oversee the electrical systems of a water utility project in CALABARZON. The role includes inspection testing and commissioning of electrical components ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect electrical installations including pumps control panels SCADA systems and backup power systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes project specifications and safety regulations.
Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems and instrumentation.
Review and verify electrical drawings load calculations and single-line diagrams.
Prepare QA/QC reports track non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for material inspections and approvals.
Support audits and ensure documentation aligns with ISO 9001 and project requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC)
Minimum 35 years of experience in utility or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of SCADA instrumentation and power distribution systems
Experience with QA/QC processes and ISO standards
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
