As the Kitchen Coordinator you will play a vital leadership role in delivering nutritious high-quality meals that fuel memorable camp experiences. HOW youll create Moments that Matter:

You will support the coordination of daily kitchen operations including meal preparation food service schedules and maintaining a clean safe and organized kitchen environment. You will help uphold food safety standards and compliance requirements while supporting inventory management equipment care and cost-effective food practices. You will also collaborate with kitchen leadership and camp teams to accommodate dietary needs and ensure meal service aligns smoothly with camp programming.

Youll bring:

• Experience in food service kitchen operations or institutional meal preparation ideally in a camp or high-volume environment.
• Strong organization communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support staff and contribute positively to a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• A demonstrated commitment to food safety inclusion and supporting positive camper and staff experiences aligned with the Ys mission and values.
• Required Certifications: Standard First Aid with CPR-C Food Handlers Valid Manitoba Class 5F Drivers License
