We are motivated by helping our customers succeed and by building scalable programs that support sustainable growth RoleThe Strategic Accounts Coordinator supports the management and growth of the companys key and strategic customer accounts. This role focuses on coordination execution and internal alignmentensuring customer programs pricing orders and communications are handled accurately and ideal candidate is highly organized customer-focused and eager to build a strong foundation in account management commercial operations and cross-functional Duties and Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of short- and long-term plans for strategic drive product standardization specification alignment and consistent customer programs across growth opportunities customer needs and competitive risks and translate them into actionable in key customer meetings and committees to support brand presence and account programs including pricing frameworks specifications and service major projects from specification through delivery helping resolve issues related to scheduling performance or field support revenue growth through pipeline tracking opportunity coordination and project as a day-to-day contact for assigned international accounts ensuring responsiveness and onboarding of new customers specifications and product programs across multiple and support product training sessions for customers consultants and ideal candidate for this position will have: Bachelors degree in business Engineering or a related field.24 years of experience in sales support account management project coordination or technical commercial roles within HVAC building products or a related interest in HVAC systems specifications and technical products Comfortable managing multiple priorities stakeholders and projects confident communicator with strong organizational and follow-up to travel internationally (approximately 2540%).At Antec Controls we believe in hiring based on team fit.
