About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our growing digital and ecommerce team. This role plays a critical part in analysing business requirements designing and integrating enterprise systems and delivering scalable technology solutions that support datadriven decision making and operational efficiency.

Internally titled Solutions Architect & Analyst the position focuses on systems analysis solution design integration and optimisation across our ecommerce and business intelligence platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes systems and data requirements to identify improvement opportunities
• Design develop and implement endtoend IT and data solutions aligned to business needs
• Integrate multiple enterprise systems to ensure data consistency accuracy and interoperability
• Work closely with stakeholders across technology operations finance and leadership to gather requirements and define technical specifications
• Develop and maintain data models dashboards reports and performance metrics
• Monitor system performance conduct testing and validation and ensure quality assurance standards are met
• Document system designs processes and technical solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through system optimisation and automation
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies platforms and tools

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Systems Analyst ICT Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience in analysing and designing business systems and enterprise solutions
• Experience working with data analytics reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
• Understanding of system integration data flows and process automation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Highly analytical with strong problemsolving capabilities
• Experience in ecommerce or digital platforms highly regarded

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science or a related field (Bachelors or higher)
