The Manager Business Operations APAC plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives across the region. This position partners closely with APAC leadership and the Business Unit to ensure action plans are designed executed and monitored to enhance service quality operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a proactive results-driven professional who works independently while fostering collaboration across all levels of the organisation. A key responsibility is partnering Department leaders and with the Project Management Office (PMO) to implement and refine processes that deliver continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
While the Executive Vice President of APAC owns the P&L this role provides the analysis and process execution that underpin profitability and efficiency. Working with Department leaders and the PMO the Manager ensures optimal resource utilisation and delivers accurate timely data to inform strategic business decisions.
