Reliability and Maintainability Engineer Join Our Team in Charleroi!

Are you passionate about system performance and sustainable mobility
We are looking for an experienced Reliability and Maintainability Engineer (minimum 5 years) to contribute to innovative railway projects.

• Your Role

• Ensure our solutions are reliable available and easy to maintain throughout their lifecycle.
• Define performance strategies for each project and lead related analyses.
• Perform advanced studies such as failure mode analysis reliability predictions and maintainability assessments.
• Monitor operational data identify root causes and propose improvement actions.
• Recommend design choices to meet reliability and maintainability targets.

• Collaboration Across Disciplines

You will work closely with:

• System Architects and Design Engineers to influence architecture and design decisions.
• Safety Engineers to align reliability goals with safety requirements.
• Project Managers and Tender Teams to support bids and optimize lifecycle costs.
• Installation and Maintenance Teams to collect feedback and improve serviceability.
• External stakeholders such as customers suppliers and subcontractors for technical alignment.

• Your Profile

• Engineering degree
• Proven experience in reliability and maintainability with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and collaborative way solving complex problems under pressure.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have: railway industry knowledge and fluent in French.
