What Youll Do
- Serve as interface between Supply Chain Management and Engineering (System Engineering Reliability Engineering)
- Collaborate with project team customers subcontractors and support organizations to achieve performance objectives
- Inform System Engineering of spares that are obsolete or will become obsolete; assist Systems Engineering with tracking and reporting the identification of equivalent spares
- Creates and updates documentation (e.g. procedures policies and process maps) related to obsolescence management
- Track the identification and procurement of equipment spares
- Perform data analysis and create dashboards highlighting the performance of the Spares and Obsolescence Organization
- Regularly complete and/or contributed to status reports for Y-12 leadership
- Contribute to process improvement projects
- Assist leadership team members with internal and/or external assessments
- Build organizational metrics (dashboard)
- Proficient in data analytics

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- OR Masters degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- OR Ten or more years of relevant education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years of experience requirements for this posting
