Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of metro signalling GOA4 projects. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering procurement and finance) lead project activities and coordinate with external stakeholders to meet project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Youll specifically take care of project governance and strategy definition but also manage project progress and key performance indicators.

Accountability for project QCDP (Quality Cost Delivery and Performance) and optimizing financial performance (Margin & Cash)
Defining and implementing project strategy in line with contract requirements including objectives allocation to sub-systems
Leading and coordinating project activities from transfer to close-out
Managing resources and aligning stakeholders towards project goals
Ensuring compliance with applicable rules instructions and standards
Proactively managing risks savings and opportunities
Representing Alstom in customer and external stakeholder relationships
Managing variation orders claims and litigations when necessary

Degree in Engineering or equivalent
10 years of experience in metro signalling particularly GOA4
Strong understanding of project management practices and principles
Knowledge of project governance financial performance and contract management
Familiarity with risk and opportunity management
A project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is a plus
Excellent leadership communication and team coordination skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive environment
